Cancellation Policy |
|
If you cancel your charter for any reason within 72 hours
of the charter,
your deposit is non-refundable.
If we cancel your charter for any reason, such as weather
or equipment failure,
your deposit is fully refundable.

| Short-Notice Charters |
All charters booked on the website must be confirmed by us
72 hours in advance.
If you want to book a charter that is less than four days away,
please call us to check
availability. Deposits are non-refundable for short-notice charters. |

| Weather |
In case of severe weather or rough seas, we will work with
you to re-schedule your charter.
If we can't re-schedule, then we will refund your deposit. |

| Date Reservations |
| Your charter is not booked until we have received your deposit
and confirmed your charter. If your deposit is not received
in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel your charter. |

| Fishing Gear |
| We provide all fishing gear. The gear we provide will be appropriate
for the target species and will comply with Florida Fish and
Wildlife regulations. If you have a favorite fishing pole you
want to bring, please discuss your desire with the captain upon
booking your charter. |

| Fishing Licenses |
| Florida law requires that all passengers fishing from a boat
have a Florida Fishing License. Your fishing license is included
in your charter fee. You do NOT need to purchase a fishing license. |
